|Death Note||On Book 1, page 213, in the Essex Registry of Probate is the following (see also source):|
These presents declare that I, Robert Kinsman of Ipswich, in the county of Essex, being at present sick and weake of Body, but through God’s mercy inioyeing my understanding and memory doe make this my last will and testament. first. I doe give my soule into the hands of Jesus Christ, my body to be desently buried in Ipswich burying place. And for my outward estate, I dispose as followeth.
[He names his children as follows: Robert; Mary wife of Usuall Wardell; Mary Wardell’s children Daniell, Roger, Mary, Susanm Isaack and Sarah all surnamed Ringe; Sarah wife of Samuel Youglove; Hannah; Tabitha]
Item. I give unto my daughter Martha, wife of Jacob ffoster, the some of thirty pounds.
Item. I give unto my five daughters each of them a cow and I give unto Mary my daughter ffosters child, my heifer.
Witness my hand this 25th of January, 1664.
