|Fact||At the session of the Upper House on 3 November 1681, Captain Edward Brocke of Calvert County stated that several times during August and September he had been assaulted in his house by the Northern Indians and had sustained several losses and damages. He petitioned the Treasury to pay his damages from the public levy.|
