Notes	On 9 Aug 2005, I received an email about an additional Royal descent for Alice Wolley: Hello Owings, Very much enjoying your website. I descend from Susannah (Beatty) Asfordby and recently learned to my surprise that, besides several descents form Edward I, there also is one to Edward III (Asfordby, Wolley, Leming, Kelk [such great, Dickensian names!], de la See, Clifford, Percy, Mortimer, Plantagenet), for which see Douglas Richardson's _Plantagenet Ancestry_, pp. 414-5. Interestingly, it seems Doug might have been unaware of the line since he neglected to include it in the overview of descendants from Lionel, Duke of Clarence, on p. 28.
